Manual press after short post-fermentation skin contact. Inox ageing for 9 months Sur Lies. Bottled without filtration or stabilization.

Goldish - Orange color, perfect harmony with the fresh and mineral aroma, Mineral flavors with balanced acidity with tropical pronounced notes on a long after taste. A very elegant and special Orange wine.
