Tuburão 2022 Póvoa de Varzim

The Campos de Masseira da Póvoa de Varzim continue to give rise to this Pét-Nat, in a blend of several grape varieties in which Vinhão and Loureiro predominate.

Produced by the ancestral method of sparkling wine, it gave rise to a wine with some gas and very good acidity. For the first time, they remove part of the dregs from the inside of the bottle. This type of agriculture was invented in the 18th century by Benedictine monks from the Abbey of Tibães.

Tubarão Pét-Nat is produced in Atlantic sand soils. Respect and rescue this unique and almost lost culture.
