Coming from a vineyard in clay-limestone soil in Arruda dos Vinhos. Natural vinification, with spontaneous fermentation, without temperature control, and subsequent aging for 14 months in 600-liter barrels and a further year of aging in bottle. Wine made with organically produced grapes, not stabilized or filtered.

A wine that makes a difference, wild, challenging, irreverent, young and with an interesting vegetal side.
