Rosa Duck

From grapes with origin in vines with more than 25 years of age planted in several plots of only clay-calcários, in two places called São Lourenço and Óis do Bairro. The grapes are classified in the wineries with manual harvesting at the end of August. The fermentation runs in stainless steel, lasts three weeks and is vinified using the traditional method.This wine ages for six years on the lees in the bottle.
