Planted in a soil characterized by schist and granite, the grapes are from an integrated production system, having been harvested according to their perfect state of maturation. Manual harvest, in 20Kg boxes, and at night, providing a more careful selection and better preserving the aromas. Violet ruby color, intense nose, fruity with hints of ripe cherry and some menthol notes. In the mouth it is smooth, round and with good freshness, round tannins and a long finish.
Manual harvest and selection on a sorting table. Vat filling by gravity. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Little intervention in the whole process and low sulphur.
