Intense ruby colour, delicious "crunchy" red wine, juicy and light due to its acid structure, with a salty and iodised touch. Fermented 50% in whole bunches and macerated in stainless steel tanks for five days. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, then bottled unfiltered.
