Disco Voador 2022

This is a skin contact wine produced with tajadura grapes. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and without any added sulfites. This wine was stabilized with chestnut flower placed only at the beginning of the fermentation. This wine is unfined and unfiltered and can therefore have some deposit. The goal was a rustic, simple wine, light alcohol and easy drinking.
