Fresh grapes at their ideal maturation point, hand harvested in 20kg boxes. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes, destemming and gentle crushing.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Half of the batch ages in French oak barrels for 6 months.
